50gm coconut chips
55gm sunflower kernels
1 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp sesame seeds
55g buckwheat grains
80g goji berries (I only added this to a separate half of the mix for my husband.) If you are wanting to be fructose free, then you will skip this step!!
120g Rice Malt Syrup
60g coconut oil
20g cacao powder
STEPS1) Place the buckwheat and quinoa and cook in the TM bowl and toast for 2mins/100 degrees/Speed 1 reverse
3) Add in the rest of the ingredients except the RMS, coconut oil and cacao powder. Combine 10 secs/Speed 1 reverse. Set aside.
4) Add Rice Malt syrup, coconut oil and Cacao Powder and cook 3mins/70 degrees/ Speed 1
5) Pour in seed mix 1min/ Speed 1.
7) Pour into a greased tin and regenerate until set
