1 cup of cashews
2.5 cups of frozen blueberries
1/2 cup of coconut milk
2 tablespoons of dextrose (or more to taste)
1/3 cup of cacao (would put in small amounts at a time as this can be too much for certain tastes)
3 tbs of coconut oil
Blitz everything except the frozen blueberries. Add blueberries and blitz again!!
We put the leftovers in ice-cream moulds and enjoyed them the next night! They were even better!!!
