1 Tablespoon of Rice Malt Syrup (you may want more depending on your level of sweetness)
1 1/3 cup of shredded coconut
1/2 cup of unsalted cashews
1/4 cup of coconut cream
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
4 tablespoons of coconut oil
4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
2 tablespoon of Rice Malt Syrup
1/4 cup of shredded coconut
Method For White Filling
1: Place all ingredients into a blender or thermomix and blitz for 20 seconds.
2: Roll the coconut mixture into balls and place into the freezer on a lined baking tray.
Method for Chocolate Coating
1: Mix all ingredients together. If your coconut oil is not of a liquid consistency you will need to heat it up first.
Roll the balls into the chocolate mixture once they have set solid in the freezer.
Once your two balls have set solid, you will need to cut them in half and join one chocolate piece up to a white piece to create a black and white ball.
Set in the freezer again!! Enjoy
