Creamy Mustard Chicken with Pasta
2 garlic bulbs
2 pieces of chicken breast cut into small pieces
3 tablespoons of seeded mustard
300gm pasta shells
Process onion and garlic in a food processor
Sautée onion and garlic in a frying pan with oil
Brown chicken in frying pan
Add cream and seeded mustard and let simmer for 5minutes
Cook pasta separately
Add to frying pan once cooked and drained.
Let simmer on low for another 5min or until cream thickens.
** I bought a packet of premade papadums from the shops to eat with this dish.
