Sausages (Jamie Oliver brand have a very low sugar content)
1 - Cook the sausages and preheat oven to 200 degrees
2 - Whilst sausages are cooking, cut pastry sheet in half. Spoon a layer of pasata sauce down the middle of each half and then layer with cheese.
3 - Once sausages are cooked, place them at the top end of the pastry. Roll with the pastry till they form a cocoon around the sausage. Fold in the end of the pastry and place on oven tray with the folded parts face down
4 - Cook for 10min then turn over. Cook until pastry is golden brown and crisp
5 - Cut in half and enjoy!!
